Their must have been something wrong with your 544. The 686 a slightly bigger version came with a 17 GPM pump that put out 3,000 psi and moved my loader quite quickly. I even had the loader on an old M with a the live distribuitor hyd pump that put out only 1200 psi and the loader worked fine. I will agree that the a 21GPM PTO pump will work faster but then you can't hook up a bushhog to the PTO.
