Since I brought up the subject of a test burn on the dipstick, I went to my shop notes this morning to let you know what to look for, although apparently some 2020 models do have a possible direct connection to the crankcase. Anyway- here is what to look for if you do a dipstick burn: a slow, even flame means only oil is in the crankcase. Black tracers or faster burning means fuel is in the oil. A crackling sound means water or antifreeze is in the oil.
