Are you realy sure it is not a fuel problem? My 901 Ford would start to miss when it was hot (not all the time) and it turned out to be vapor lock. This was caused by the fuel line as it ran between the intake and the exhaust manifolds. You may be able to tell by (if you have a fuel bowl) looking at the bowl when its hot and if you have small bubbles in it, that may be your problem.
