Energy efficient construction and geothermal heat and cooling. Built house for son 2 years ago. Heating and cooling less than $40 permonth. Thats for4400 sq.ft. including basement. The geo thermal system we used was Water Furnace. The house was built using insulated concrete forms. Check out ARXX building products site. Type in ARXX and go from there.
