I'm trying to decide if I should "split" the tractor myself and replace the seals (and if I should replace all seals?) and possibly the clutch (less than 500 hr of mostly mowing fields) or pay a professional to do this work. I have rebuilt an engine and pulled car trannys before, but I don't want to get in over my head. What would be a fair price to expect? Any special tools? Any comments or experiences would be appreciated. Jerry in Maryland
