Your garden should be plowed, then disced. After that if your rows are wide enough you could use a cultivator but I find it's easier and more space conservative to use a hand operated rototiller between the rows. As far as raising round bales with your Ford they're too lite weight to handle the big bales and you're liable to get hurt attempting it. They also don't have the power or hydraulics to run a round baler.
