I really appreaciate your help on this for I don't know come from sickam about these serial numbers. This neighbor of mine has three Farmall A's, one International A,and one Super A. He wants to unload the International A and two Farmall A's. I wasn't able to find any serial numbers stamped on tin like I found on the International A. All I could find was some casting numbers in the housing between the motor and gear box. The numbers were 8638 DA and 8638 DB. I'm sure there not serial numbers. Do you know what they represent?
