Your points are well taken and make sense. I just hope you can agree that people who took care of their gas start diesels had good luck with them. My dad had a 650 diesel and they didn't have a problem with it, neighbors had a WD-9 and were putting new heads on all the time. Again, your points are well taken and make perfect sense to me, especially the part about turbos. I have been brought up to properly warm up and cool down any engine, gas or diesel, to get the best use and life out of it. Thanks for your discussion!
