Don't get me started on that---A couple of years ago I had to take the written test to renew my CDL. I took all the tests for the endorsments I have and passed, no problem. As I was paying a little old lady about 85 years old walked in, put her money down, and got out a MAGNIFYING GLASS so she could see to sign the form, and walked out with a license that would qualify her to hook up a 30' boat behind a 40' motorhome and go merrily down the road!! Scary huh?
