Any time that you buy something site-unseen it is buyer beware. There are people out there that will honestly miss things, others that don't know what to look for and some that will deliberately mis-represent the items. The best insurance for the first two classes of people is for the buyer to ask as many questions as you can. If you are able to, then go look at the item. Ask that the seller send photos of a particular part. The best policy is that if you are not sure then don't bid. Just my $.02 worth.
