tractors on e-bay

from my experiance and others that i have talked to, seems people are bidding on tractors on e-bay and after they win the auction they wait till they come and pick it up and then start complaining. They find thing they don't like and refuse to pay and complete the deal. The seller is then stuck with sellers commision. If you win the auction, pay up. If you don't like what you bought , then you should have come before the auction ended and checked out the tractor
