Call the law!!! My buddy was having major problems with ATV's and his vegatables. He has had stolen sweet corn, round bales of hay set afire and fences cut so he has had contact with our local sheriff's department. When he spotted 4-wheelers in a ten acre cabbage patch a deputy was right on it. The deputy made the boys push their 4-wheelers about 3/4 of a mile (up hill) to a county road so they wouldn't do any further damages, then told them they weren't allowed to ride them on a public highway and made the push them home. The deputy escorted home and told their fathers what had happened. Two 4-wheelers were for sale the next day(to help pay for damages) word spread pretty fast and reports of 4-wheelers in crops have fallen sharply!!
