That was truly a "Red letter day", for the company! But, due to other "world Class" events of the time, this one true public appearence, en-mass, did go vertualy unnoticed. The Essex company never did fully recover from the mis-directed use of advertising power of this one time event, proveing, again, how far ahead of it's time this company realy was. It is just now being recognized, the impact, that such an event of this magnatude, can have on sales volumn. Alas, it was never meant to be!
