Good point Dr. Cy. A couple of years ago I had to take the written test to renew my CDL. As I was leaving with my renewed license a little old lady about 85 years old came up to the counter with her renewal form. She put her money down and they gave her the form to sign (no test).---She got out a MAGNIFYING GLASS so she could see where to sign. And as you say, she could legally jump in her 40' motorhome and hook on to her 30' boat and go merrily down the road!!!! Scary huh?
