Stanadyne also makes a true lubricant additive that is better than the Performance Jr. This one does not have all the other extras in the Jr. but is superior in lubrication. The Stanadyne pump is not as prone to wear from poor lubrication, but high hours can show wear in the blades and liner and wears out the rollers and cam ring. Jr. would be an excellant choice. Transmission fluid is something truckers like to waste in their tanks. If the tractor is in use less than 500 hrs. a year, don't worry with it, as the pump will require service any way sooner or later. All fuel down here in the South, no mater what color, wears out the pumps the same. Believe all fuel is low sulfur with color added. Keep'er Plowing, Diesel Dan (the pump man)
