Mike, the relief valve is in the loader spool valve on the discharge side, it,s a threaded plug with a spring loaded ball. Some valves have shims to change the pressure so the plug would have to be removed to check for sure. When the plug is removed be careful not to drop the ball, if it rolls into the return line it can be a pain to get it back,
