You will want to take my advice on this one. I just put up a new house. Had to do the same thing with my lawn as you do. I spent $53.00 in gas for my tractor , along with three days of my time , trying to grade my lawn. I just couldn't do the job that I wanted. A farm tractor just isn't made for moving , grading , or packing dirt. I called the man who dug my basement out. He came up with his dozer. Four hours later , I had that perfectly graded lawn , along with a new driveway. It cost me $200.00. Also , doing it myself , I had about 30 loads of stone to pick up. While the dozer traveled back and forth , it pushed 29 of them loads of stone back into the earth. I picked one trailer load of stone when he was finished. Now I'm watching my grass grow. Don't make the same mistake I had. Hire the right man with the proper machine to do the job. You will never regret it.
