Gene, The answer to your question is yes. The only difference is the B1303R is 1/4" larger stroke crank than the original B114R. This means that the piston will know will travel 1/8" further forward and 1/8" further rearward. There is enough cylinder wall length to keep the oil ring in on the back of the block. There is still enough room below the sparkplug hole to let the (STOCK) piston to come forward. The thing that you want to watch is if there is a ring grove/step worn into the top of the block where the top ring previously stoped this wear/step will have to be removed so the increased travel forward of the piston ring will not catch on the worn step. Use the clutch driver hub intended for the B1303R crank marked B130?R this will keep every thing in perfect/ original ballance. Good Luck!! Dave Wickman
