don't know anything about this instance. but let it be a warning to you fellows that let 4 wheelers have access to your property. let school buses turn around in a driveway. allow neighbors to use roads across your land. allow trucks use the shoulder of a road at a curve or tee intersections. let dot place a sign that overhangs off right-a-way. be a nice guy and a stinky lawyer will get involved and you will loose the right to control that part of you property. and if you say it couldn't happen....you're wrong. read up on your local adverse posession laws(forgive spelling, i'm too mad to get a dictionary)
