The curiousity is that I live in Wichita, KS. You would think there would be alot of available inventory. I'm really open to small tractors with loaders and 4wd in the sub 30hp range or bigger 2wd tractors up to 85-100 hp.

The ones I find in this area are either very tired or snapped up by those with 3 acre properties. That and I can't stomach the idea of $10,000 for a Kubota (not the brand mind you, just the price).

I tried the wanted ads here and got no response except a very courteous one from a broker. I guess I'll keep looking.
