You can rebuild those electric clutches.....
Clean out all the old epoxy, and copper wire.
Then get the same size wire (copper) and use a sufficient length to have enough resistance to drop the voltage to "zero"....
Coil it into the magnet area, and pour it full with 30 minute epoxy...
I tie the windings with thread, into a bundle to keep them manageable....
