Tony, A common cause for chatter is often replacement, without doing a clean cut on the flywheel. Slight warping occurs with heat/age. If you have history on both tractors, you may know of repairs. Could even be same triggering chatter with old, but more apparent after teardown for clutch failure, raising your awareness of performance. Functions, but annoying. Good Luck.
