Clutch Chatter

I have two tractors that chatter when the clutch is let out. One is a MF and the other is a deutz. They don't do it every time, just some times. They both work great once the clutch is all the way out, but I had the deutz on a baler and wagon today and when I tried to back up it felt like the tractor was jumping up and down.

Thanks for any advice you may have.
