I think I would keep the 1066, I would guess that there is something wrong witht the 4320 or they think something is going to be wrong with it if they will trade even up. The 1066 lack just a little in creature comforts compared to the Deere but they are a very tuff old tractors, we have two and so far they have covered about 2400 acres with only an air conditioner going out.
