4320 1066 - Ain't trying to start nothin'!

I need opinions (pros and cons) on swapping a 1066 for a 4320. I know the 1066 has more horse power. All I use my tractor for is pulling a 7' bushhog, an 8' rear blade, 14' disk, and a 5 yard dirt bucket. Hours are close, paint is close, Tires are close, both have 2 remotes. I'd like to hear from some one who has been around both tractors.
