Welcome, Ira. There are so many possibilities that might fit your needs. I'd say look around unless you're determined to buy a new one. There are many many tractors that are as old as 40 or more years that might meet your needs. New is nice but old is more fun and lots more interesting. No more land than you have, an older Case, Oliver, Farmall or whatever should serve you very well.
BTW, been to your town. Civil War nuts, we are. Also was stationed at Quantico 30+ years ago.
