a Massey Ferguson 35, 135 or an Oliver Super 55, 550 would be perfect. Also Case, Allis Chalmers, MM, International and Cockshut all made small ones however I don't know anything about them. John Deere and Ford are out of your price range. Just spend time looking and learning. A live PTO is more valuable than you will believe. Power steering is almost a necessity with a loader. Three point hitch is very handy, not a make or break item. The row crop tractors cost less than utility's however are not as handy on small acreage. Good luck
