I have a Massey Ferguson 165 with factory remotes and no front end loader. There are two metal lines that come off the plate where you engage the PTO and go to the valve body for the two remote lines. I was using the tractor today and moved about 50 eight hundred pound round bales in about two hours time. I didn't use the remote lines at all. Both lines were too hot to touch and I poured a couple teaspoons of water on the valve body and in a few seconds the water started to boil. That's HOT. Is this unusual or have I just not noticed it before. I've only had the tractor a few weeks. I posted this on the Massey page but got no responses. Thanks for any ideas.
