Depends greatly whether you can find someone "going your way" empty. For a special trip, one way, with no backhaul, you're very unlikely to pay less than $1 per mile, and likely more (I did a haul of roughly that distance last summer, and the guy paid $1.30 per mile). Best bet is to look at the "hauling schedule" on this board (look at the left side of this screen, under the gray heading "Community"), and see if you can find anyone.
