I'm just wondering? Do you understand the difference between "built" and "Assembled"?
JD doesn't "build" any 5000's in the U.S,. Last i heard the engines were made in Mexico, and most of the other parts are brought in too.
I've heard of a lot of problems with the 5000's, quite a few of them were posters right here on this site. Maybe they are finally getting them all sorted out, all though i do keep reading about unhappy owners.
JD ag lost a lot of $$ last year, and i see they lost again in the first quarter of this year, if that continues you are going to see some major changes at deere!!
BTW, only Agco made money (again) last year!
