better hold your mouth correctly there pal. you probabaly have already dug yourself a hole that will cost a ton to get yourself out of. Cattails are the description of wetlands, if they are growing there you need a ton of permits and a environmental impact survey to remove them legally. better dig by hand and be quiet about it.
