Yeah, that's pretty much it, although I can think of a few Utility tractors with ajustable treads, like the IH 240 Utility, for example, could be equipped with ajustable rear tread, but sat lower than the Farmall 240 Row-Crop. Forgot to mention before that row crop tractors usally sit higher, again, think of the Farmall M and the International W-6. Basically the same tractor, just set up for different applications. The M will be row-crop, weather wide or narrow front, and sit higher. W-6 will be standard, non-ajustable, and sit low, mostly sold in wheat-growing areas where they don't grow any row crops.
