Start with an old expendable screwdriver and large hammer...drive it between the tire ane rim....SOAK with PURE Silicone lubricant as you do..all the way around....THEN start to drive progressively larger tools, even various sockets, until you get the bead pushed off the rim....
This WILL work, IF you are determined enough..!!!!!!
