Hi Shep, You sound like me. We had some "good friends" that we called Mom & Pop. Both of ours are long gone. Down here everyone comes to visit during the winter time since the weather is so nice. Visitors bring there RV's. Were sitt'n at dinner one night and the phone rings. It's the winter visitors calling to say they'll be here soon. Mom says "Oh goodie, and tells Pa to go get the lumber for the new "decks" (20ft x 70ft enclosed) as we have free labor coming" then proceeds to layout several new projects that all can do "while there here" Well two decks latter and two metal roofs, 24ft X 100ft, the winter vistors haven't shown there heads back here again. Gess I wonder why! This wasn't the only projects in the making as vistors were informed of next year projects and what to bring to complete them. Some people are users no matter how you look at it.
