If the engine sat for that long; I would of pulled each plug and squirted motor oil into each cylinder before starting it. Think about that for next time. Shouldn't be a problem other than that. Make sure none of the other fluids smell rancid and make sure to get the mice p%$# off of the wires and everthing else.
