Parked 7 Years Engine Corrosion

Bought an old M-H 44 at an Estate Auction, engine
not stuck, sat in a shed for seven years. The
anti-freeze was left in it. Started it with a
coffee can and tube, for gas supply. Ran alright
for a minute or two. Besides a coolant flush,
any recommended service for prevention of possible
engine damage? A high risk of engine failure? No
smoker, but should I purchase a back-up engine I
know of? Not looking to stockpile parts, but if
coolant corroded extensively, I better grab the
currently available"runner". Comments? Thank you.
