Hi Steve, I hear they passed a new law where you have to pull into the far lane and slow down when you see policeman on the side of the road or hi-way workers. From what others have said it going to be a Federal law? It seams as tho most hi-way construction is using those concrete barriers to seperate the hi-way and construction around here, well on the big projects anyway. Don't sound like too much would have helped the poor guy as too many things workin against him. T_Bone
