Thanks for information. Is the cylinder rod chrome plated and a standard US diameter, or is it a metric size? I'll check on the warranty. A tractor dealer said that I should check to see if they have product liability insurance to see how legitimate they are. The Ezee-On dealer in Paris, Texas tells me they are the only one who distributes them, that's unusual. Do you know of any dealers outside of Texas?
