non firing plugs

Ive got a early model B Farmall that dosent fire on numbers 3&4. It is very possible that it is the plugs, but what Im wanting t know is , is it also possible that the intake, or exhaust valves are stuck open. its raining today so I cant check the plugs, but if its not them, is there some remedy I can try before I hav to open her up? Thanks for the time and information.
