Thanks for all the good information Charlie. Ive gt a 1937 F-30, a 1934 CC Case and a white grill Cub here at the farm. The B I let my Daughter and her husband use. I know its 3&4 as I pulled the plug wires while it was running. I then put 3&4 back on the plugs and pulled 1&2 and she died. I then put 1&2 back on the plugs and repulled 3&4 again and used a screwdriver stuck in the hole of 3swire to check the fire. I could see it easily in the daylight. I didnt check 4s as the wire runs in behind the throttle rod going to the govenor. The tractor did smoke when it was started, but ran clear almost all of the time. I let them use a 1-16 AC plow and we were wondering if the B would pull it. The ground was pretty wet, so we hooked it to my pickup , put it in gear, and pulled it in there driveway. I opened the carb a 1/2 turn, but it pulled still lousy. I moved the lever down on the outside of the carb a bit and it pulled good then., considering. Shold it pull a 1-16? Thanks again for all the help. Bill

This article will focus on what I encountered and what I did to bring the 1951 NEAR DEATH Farmall H back to life.
