I am gonna guess the two are unrelated but call your local Ford dealor and ask to be sure.
Water in the engine/transmission/rearend/hydrolics are a common problem, especially with tractors that are stored outside in the weather.
I would just drain out the old oil and replace with new.
Dont forget to change filters or screenes if any. A can of Barques stopleak after flushing out the radiator would be a cheap "quick-fix". Hope this helps.
