You are pulling in stock class, right? Are wider tires allowed? If you go to wider tires, you must go to wider rims also to realize any advantage. For used tires, you probably have as good as any used tires you'll find. I've never seen a farmer buy new tires just because the old ones were half worn down, usually it's because they are severly cracked,snagged or full of thorns and undependable.
