I used to be a Belarus Dealer. I never sold any of the 600 series as they were always suffering problems with their two stage clutch. I can tell you that the only thing short of breaking the tractor in two is to take off the inspection covers over the clutch and begin soaking it in penetrant. Likely the faces have fused. Soak it good, and try to work it easy, but don't be afraid of it as you ain't gonna mess it up any worse than it already is. The 600 series was the worst tractor Belarus put out,(which is REALLY saying something) our factory rep here in Texas threatened to shoot any dealer that handled them. They were regarded as an orphan of the line. They were cheaper than the other 60hp tractors and sometimes a customer would want one based on an outof state ad. I'd always put him in a 400 or 500 series.
