Assuimg yours is like mine,the free wheel lever doesnt loosen the belt.It moves a valve of some type in the tranny to keep it 'disengaged' and allow the rear wheels to move freely.but yours lock up when you pull that. Not to sound rude but are you sure you are moving the right levers?I spent two hours trying to get mine to move one day when I realized I had done that.I had set the parking brake and was thinking it was the free whell lever.;0(
