What should you pay? You didn't give a
location, 'here' it's $100-150 an acre. I hear
some places in the south it's $30-40, while
some parts of Indiana are a bit over $200 an
acre. I would suppose we can't really tell you
what to pay... Would the owner consider crop
share from you?
