I think Gerald is right.
If it will pull it, it will pull it, but it may pull it and not be able to stop it safely. If in any instance you could get the drawbar being pushed up while reversing, it could happen while trying to stop quickly, with possible grave consequences.
Use it for sensible duties only and most of all be safe. Just my 2p worth. RAB
