a friend had the same problem when he hooked up a loader on his tractor.turned out that the control valve was for a closed system,instead of open.did the control valve come with the loader or did you get it seperate.you could take the return line off the tank and start the tractor and see if it is flowing.if not,it is either for a closed system or is plumbed wrong
