I'm enough less of an expert that your question threw me a bit. I've got an 18 acre field that was unused for 3 to 5 years, no background info, it's last plant was a grass(species to be determined) and I would like to fertilize and increase yield. The co-op guy said to sample for what help it'll need. Intent is cutting for hay. Location is western Oregon.
