I bought my "N" because it was as big a tractor as I need. I hate the fact that it isn't live PTO but I just couldn't find anything in its size/price with live PTO.

I had a chance to buy a MF20 for the same price but figured if I need parts or ever want to sell it, the Ford is the better choice.

I'm also in an area with many small farms-large estates so this is a popular size in the area.

The down side is the small farms want big money for old tractors and the large lot owner with lots of money either pays to get the lawn cut or buys some import compact......So I ended up paying too much for a half worn out Ford.

Still less that a high end Sears lawn tractor/riding mower that looks like a tractor but made of stamped sheel metal.
