Some have added the 2-stage (probably not correct to call it 'live') clutch to a 5-speed, but it's not cheap. I believe your 820 is a 4-speed, then it's not possible to get there from here. :) On the x60 series Fords, you push the clutch 1/2 way down and it disengages the pto clutch, so you can start or stop the pto. Push the clutch all the way down, and it operates the regular tranny clutch for shifting the gears. --->Paul
